Refund & Exchange Policy

At AurSaré, we take pride in creating and curating statement pieces with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer refunds.

However, exchanges may be arranged under the following conditions:

* Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
* Customers must provide proof of purchase/order confirmation.
* Custom, personalized, preorder, or sale items are not eligible for exchange.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.
